As a Security Guard, you play a key role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees. Your day begins with a visible patrol of the store to establish a secure presence. You actively monitor activity through direct observation and surveillance systems, helping to deter theft and ensure safety. While your approach is hands-off, you will respond to incidents calmly and in accordance with established procedures. This role emphasizes prevention, clear communication, and professionalism, while supporting store leadership in maintaining a secure and respectful atmosphere.
