Job description

A law firm seeks a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Freehold, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in personal injury litigation and a proven track record in managing complex cases.

Duties

  • Handle a caseload of 150 personal injury cases.
  • Supervise and mentor two paralegals.
  • Conduct trials and represent clients in court.
  • Focus on cases involving slip and falls, auto accidents, premises liability, nursing home cases, medical malpractice, torts, and sexual assaults.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experience.
  • Demonstrated trial experience.
  • Proficiency in case management systems.

    • Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

    • Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

    • Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
