A company is looking for a Senior Curriculum Designer to design, implement, and maintain training resources for an external learning management system.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement instructional strategies for providers, caregivers, and external stakeholders
Lead stakeholder meetings to develop learning strategies and oversee development processes
Create and implement learning assessments and maintain training resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in corporate curriculum design or training development
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Experience designing online curriculums in adult learning settings
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate preferred
