Position Overview

• Conduct a range of ultrasound examinations including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout the procedures, clearly explaining each step with empathy
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any issues that arise
• Meticulously document procedures and maintain patient records in the electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging technologies and best practices

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Necessary Certifications

• Current certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
