Product Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Product Operations Analyst, remote nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of IT solutions for new products and large feature requests, ensuring timely and quality outcomes

Facilitate project documentation and communicate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage requests

Develop and maintain product dashboards and reports to track performance and identify process optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Project Management experience required

Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Boards) required

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations preferred

Prior experience in a software development environment preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
