PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Lead Generation Marketing Mortgage Manager at our San Antonio, Texas or Tysons, Virginia location. The Manager of Lead Generation Marketing for Mortgage will develop and execute marketing strategies targeting members and prospects seeking mortgage financing year-round. The role supports various mortgage products, including VA loans, FHA loans, and first-time home buyer programs, through strategic marketing initiatives and rate-based opportunities. This role will be responsible for supporting strategy development, go-to-market planning, and implementing direct response marketing campaigns to drive mortgage lead volume, including pre-approvals. The role will help architect lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, rate table marketing, affiliate programs, email, and direct mail. Success requires effective coordination with cross-functional teams, including Loan Products, Secondary Marketing, Sales, Loan Originations, IT, Legal, Compliance, Change Management, Enterprise Marketing, and internal / external agencies.

Work Environment :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise. Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.
