Commercial Loan Closing Specialist- HYBRID

TEKsystemsis hiring aCommercial Loan Closing Specialist to assist a client in Charlotte, NC. This position would offer a HYBRID schedule and would start in the next couple of weeks! Qualifications- 1+ years' Commercial Real Estate Lending experience- (MUST HAVE)- Loan Documentation experience- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasksJob Description- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.- Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables while leveraging solidunderstanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.- Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.Shift Monday- Friday- 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm EST- office 4 days a week- 1 day working from home!Pay$41 / hr.If interested, please apply with your most up to date resume and a recruiter will contact you as soon as possible!
