Responsibilities :

Assist cardiovascular surgeons during surgical procedures in the operating room.

Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring a sterile environment.

Anticipate the needs of the surgical team, passing instruments and supplies efficiently.

Monitor and ensure the safety and comfort of patients pre-, intra-, and post-operation.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient outcomes.

Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulations related to cardiovascular surgeries.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Proven experience as a Cardiovascular Surgical Technician or in a similar OR technician role.

Sound knowledge of cardiovascular procedures, instruments, and equipment.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.

Certifications & Licenses :

Current Surgical Technologist Certification (CST)

Licensed Surgical Technician as per state requirements
