LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Interventional Radiology MD in Columbus, Georgia, 31901!

About The Position

We are seeking a board-certified Vascular / Interventional Radiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Georgia beginning Dec 1, 2025. This 60-day opportunity follows a roughly 1 : 3 rotation, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm EST. The assignment focuses primarily on interventional radiology with involvement in all imaging modalities, including reading from the general list between cases. Fellowship training and both IR and stroke-specific expertise are required for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform a full range of interventional radiology procedures
  • Read from the general radiology list between IR cases
  • Manage a mix of imaging modalities as assigned
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all procedures and interpretations
