Any traveler not currently inpossession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance ofoffer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. General job duties : Help with turn over cleaning Transport patients when needed Types of procedures required to independently scrub : General Orthopedic Vascular Ophthalmic Urology ENT Endoscopy Robotic Obstetrics Gynecology Types of Cases : Endoscopy Minimum experience required : 2 years at minimum of scrubbing cases in ahospital setting Job Description : Shifts : o we currently operate from 0645-2315 your shiftsmay be variable based on department needs o applicants will be scheduled 40 hours a weekpossibility of 32 hours if there is a holiday We cover call 24 hours a day 7 days a weekeveryone is assigned call on average 1-2x a week plus up to 2 weekends amonth. 20 minute call back time. Bed size : o We have 1-2 outpatient GI labs o daily we have 1-2 rooms running simultaneously o we are a small but a very busy and efficient OR dress code : o scrubs are provided Applicant will orient on day shift for up to a week or until manager s discretion Traveler must complete a minimum of 39 shifts during the duration of the contract if RTO (requested time off) is requested.
