Join our innovative Drug Product team as an Associate Engineer I focused on Adjuvant Development. In this role, you’ll independently prepare reagents, manufacture adjuvants, and support analytical characterization—all while collaborating closely with Formulation, Analytical, and Process Development teams.

What You'll Do :

🔬 Prepare reagents, buffers, and independently manufacture adjuvants and drug products

📊 Characterize adjuvant batches using analytical assays and perform data analysis with Prism, JMP, and other tools

🛠️ Troubleshoot experimental challenges and maintain rigorous scientific accuracy

📚 Keep detailed and accurate experimental records in electronic lab notebooks (Benchling)

🤝 Support senior scientists with experiments, assays, and data interpretation

📦 Manage ordering, vendor setup, and inventory of lab supplies and stability samples

🌐 Collaborate cross-functionally with Formulation, Analytical, and Process Development teams

What We're Looking For :

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Organic / Biochemistry, Chemical / Biochemical Engineering, Biology, or related field

✅ 1+ year of industrial experience, preferably with vaccines, basic chemistry, or nanoparticles

✅ Familiarity with particle characterization techniques (Zeta potential, DLS, ELS) and eagerness to learn new methods

✅ Strong attention to detail, reliable, and excited to execute lab tasks with integrity

✅ Proficient in pipetting, buffer preparation, and lab reagent manufacture

✅ Experience with data analysis and electronic lab notebooks (Prism, JMP, Benchling) preferred

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✅ Experience managing vendor relationships and lab inventory is a plus

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

✅ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
