Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical sales process with potential customers, assisting with discovery, demos, and ROI proof
Translate construction knowledge into customer value stories and deliver tailored presentations
Partner with Sales leadership to support multimillion-dollar enterprise deals and mentor future sales engineers
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction technology, project controls, or related fields
Proven ability to bridge construction expertise with technology adoption
Track record of supporting large, complex enterprise deals ($1M+ preferred)
Experience in data centers, healthcare, or advanced manufacturing construction is a strong plus
