Plumber Helpers
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Technician with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in State College, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role demands a keen attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures in plumbing systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and low water pressure.
- Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication with clients regarding issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, safe, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in plumbing technology.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of service plumbing experience.Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
