About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing to lead the integration of product innovation, operational execution, and customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering design, R&D, and field support, as well as overseeing production strategy, cost controls, and execution. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and maintain a competitive edge in the oil and gas industry.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, with a PE certification preferred, and a minimum of 7-10 years' engineering leadership experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in the compression space. The role requires a deep understanding of oil and gas production, compression systems, and fabrication, along with a proven track record in manufacturing or fabrication leadership. The ideal candidate will possess senior-level leadership experience in both engineering and manufacturing, high-level budgeting, operational, and team management skills, and a strategic, hands-on approach to problem-solving. Strong interpersonal skills and a servant leadership style are also essential for this position.
