Hardware Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Hardware Support Engineer - Field Device Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot a fleet of field devices including cameras and POS transaction relays

Manage installations and configurations of embedded systems and device networking

Support new location installations and provide technical guidance to field teams

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in POSIX / Linux systems administration

Experience with firmware management for embedded devices or IoT hardware

Network troubleshooting skills including TCP / IP and firewall configuration

Command-line proficiency with bash / shell scripting

Experience with remote device management and monitoring tools
