Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Manager with the supervision and coordination of all aspects of warehouse operations. They will effectively and efficiently handle customer service complaints and concerns as well as train new associates in job duties. They will coordinate associate tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load food products and support goods in accordance with established company standards and procedures while controlling costs.
Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure optimal productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Assign daily duties to the team and monitor performance.
Oversee operational procedures, including incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and warehouse inventory management to ensure smooth workflow.
Develop and manage production schedules, allocating resources to complete job assignments efficiently.
Maintain accurate time and production records.
Monitor and track warehouse activities, including sales, record control, and purchasing, ensuring product availability.
Provide timely reports to designated plant personnel.
Investigate accidents in line with company policies and safety procedures.
Ensure adherence to safety standards across all operations.
Work with machinery and material handling equipment as needed to support warehouse operations.
Address and resolve employee issues, maintaining open communication with all organizational levels.
Participate in assigned projects and contribute to achieving company goals.
The role is set within a smaller warehouse environment. The schedule begins at 11 : 00 am and concludes when tasks are completed. Availability to work Sundays and Fridays is required as part of a five-day work week, with days off on Saturday and one additional weekday.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00 / yr.
