We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing schedules, and maintaining efficient communication between teams.
Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors courteously while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits for management and sales personnel.
- Keep the reception area and front office organized, ensuring files and supplies are maintained.
- Assist with project scheduling, work orders, and coordination between crews and clients.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries, including processing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Update and maintain client data in CRM or scheduling software.
- Collaborate with field teams and managers to facilitate smooth communication of schedules and client needs.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and ordering supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, receptionist, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling software.
- Ability to remain composed and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or experience in landscaping, construction, or service-based industries is advantageous.
