DESCRIPTION of ROLE :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Assistant / Junior Recruiter to support our seasoned recruitment team. The ideal candidate will assist in staffing related administrative tasks such as :   (job planning) creation of job descriptions, (candidate sourcing) screening of resumes, application and taskings conducted within the ATS system, updates to staffing reports filed to Leadership, interview set-up, and / or any other recruitment process flow objectives that initiate candidate selection and acceptance of a role in order to meet our staffing needs efficiently. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your recruiting skills and gain experience in the Federal Government Contracting arena.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide guided support recruitment selection and approval processes.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with team members to understand hiring needs and priorities.

REQUIRED  Reporting Location / Work Hours :
