Security Specialist

Far Ridgeline Engagements, a QinetiQ company, is looking for a security specialist with exceptional work ethic, ability to work in a team environment, demonstrated strong initiative, ability to provide verbal / written communication skills, as well as demonstrated successful engagement and collaboration with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and other DoD agencies.

Responsibilities

• Active participation with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies as required.
• Provide support to Program managers, Human Resources, Recruiting, Contracts basic security information as it relates to the business operations.
• Familiar with DOD clearance processing requirements, SEAD4 and the 13 adjudicative standards, and management of personnel security clearances and associated investigation requirements.
• Process classified visit requests and certifications.
• Basic document control accountability
• Asst. COMSEC custodian
• Assist in preparing and maintaining all facilities (and personnel) for audits and inspections.
• Issue and conduct security training as required
• Maintain inventory and proper control of any current or new classified materials on site.
• Assist in the conduct of administrative inquiries and investigations of non-compliance.
• Maintain all applicable security databases (e.g. DISS, NBIS, NISS, ACCS, etc.)
• Perform other duties as required.
