Caring Senior Service of Oakland County South is seeking an Agency Director to lead and grow our local office. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity ideal for someone with strong business acumen, hands-on care experience, and the ability to lead a team in a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization.

What You'll Do :

As Agency Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of local operationsfrom care coordination to financial performancewhile building a strong, client-centered culture. You'll lead with empathy and excellence, ensuring the agency meets both regulatory requirements and the high standards of Caring Senior Service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Operations & Leadership :

Drive operational excellence through planning, audits, system oversight, and process improvements

Conduct in-home consultations and safety assessments with compassion and precision

Ensure ongoing compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations

Manage billing, payroll, and collections

Act as the local face of the agencydeveloping referral relationships, representing the brand, and driving local outreach

What We're Looking For :

Minimum of 5+ years in leadership / management, in healthcare, senior care, or service operations

Direct experience providing care to seniors is required (you know what quality care looks like firsthand)

Self-starter with strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand / sit for extended periods, and drive as needed
