Senior Product Manager - Tech, Sponsored Products and Brands

The Sponsored Products and Brands team at Amazon Ads is re-imagining the advertising landscape through novel generative AI technologies, revolutionizing how millions of customers discover products and engage with brands across Amazon.com and beyond.

We are at the forefront of re-inventing advertising experiences, bridging human creativity with artificial intelligence to transform every aspect of the advertising lifecycle from ad creation and optimization to performance analysis and customer insights. We are a passionate group of innovators dedicated to developing responsible and intelligent AI technologies that balance the needs of advertisers, enhance the shopping experience, and strengthen the marketplace ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Develop AI solutions for Sponsored Brands advertiser and shopper experiences. Build products that leverage generative models to improve campaign performance.
  • Invent and design new solutions for scientifically-complex problem areas in new business initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities and write new proposals to help drive new growth areas for our advertisers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fast-paced, challenging projects, experimenting with new possibilities and taking calculated risks.
  • Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute your vision.
  • Work closely with science, engineering, design, operations, legal, customer service, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Leverage your analytical skills and work independently, with high standards.

About the team : We are on a mission to make Amazon the best in class destination for shoppers to discover, engage, and purchase relevant products, from brands that are relevant to them. In this role, you will design and implement Gen AI solutions that help millions of advertisers create more effective ad campaigns with intelligent recommendations, while improving the overall experience at Amazon's global scale.

Basic Qualifications

Requirements include :

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Preferred Qualifications

    Preferred qualifications include :

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
  • Experience in advertising
  • Experience with AI / ML technologies
