Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for an immediate opening in South Bend, IN. The Senior Project will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale mission-critical construction projects. This role is a key operational leader responsible for driving project success from kickoff through closeout ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Candidates must possess strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to drive execution across complex, fast-paced construction environments while balancing field operations, financial performance, and stakeholder expectations. This includes excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong business and financial acumen, and the ability to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and develop high-performing teams.
