Responsibilities Work in the operating and recovery rooms of a hospital setting Patient population includes ortho, endoscopy, general surgery, and ENT cases Shift is 07 : 00-15 : 30 with a 36 / 48 weekly rotation (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next) Call rotation required, with every 6th or 7th weekend coverage Block scheduling is not permitted Responsibilities include circulating in the operating room and supporting various surgical specialties Orientation is offered bi-weekly No local candidates within 100 miles will be accepted Travel pairs are not allowed except in rare circumstances where the unit has multiple needs Requirements Active KY or compact state RN license required Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of 2 years OR RN circulator experience Strong orthopedic experience required; experience in endoscopy, general, and ENT cases preferred Previous travel nursing experience preferred Candidate must reside more than 100 miles from the facility Copy of driver's license and two professional references required for consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-622534.
