SCCM Administrator

Job Description

• SCCM Engineer : looking for an experienced SCCM engineer to join and help the client manage desktop and server infrastructure in stores. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, configuring, and providing level 4 support. Ensuring the health and security of our clients and servers is key.
• Responsibilities : Plan, design, and implement SCCM infrastructure and site systems
• Deploy and update operating systems, applications, and patches using SCCM
• Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and compliance issues
• Create and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards
• Develop and document SCCM policies, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure SCCM integration and compatibility
• Provide technical support and guidance to L2 and L3 teams
• Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (not required)
• 8+ years of experience in SCCM administration and engineering
• In-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, features, and components (required)
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and SQL queries (required)
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (required)
• Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and Azure (plus)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Certification in SCCM, Microsoft, or ITIL (plus)
