Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related fieldCurrent certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Licensed or eligible for licensure in the stateExperience in school or pediatric settings (preferred)Strong knowledge of behavior assessment data analysis and ABA principlesExcellent communication interpersonal and documentation skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with educators families and multidisciplinary teamsCompassionate innovative and student-centered mindsetResponsibilities
