Salary : $18-22 / hour (combined base and tips)

COATI is looking for skilled and talented line cooks!!! COATI operates food service through our pods inside our eclectic and eventful space. Line cooks assist guests with placing their orders, making those items and ensuring they are delivered to the guest fast! We are hiring!!

Job duties include following recipes to specifications of Chef and Lead Prep Cook, dish washing, maintaining kitchen standard of cleanliness. Must have organizational skills, ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and ability to function very well under pressure. We are a high volume space, so excellent teamwork is a must.

Hourly : $14.42 TRAINING WAGE

13+Tips Per Hour- AVERAGES $19 / hr

Job Type : Part or Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our food
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
• Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that orders are completed quickly and efficiently
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, as well as the work area, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Assist in the development of specials, as well as the creation of prep lists and par levels
• Continuously seek out ways to improve our dishes, processes, and customer experience
