Driver Job Opportunity

PepsiCo is offering a driver position with a competitive hourly rate of $30.70 to $33.70 per hour, plus overtime. This full-time position guarantees 40+ hours per week, working 4-5 days with no Sundays and home daily. Benefits start on day one, including health, dental, vision, and 401K options. The role involves filling in for delivery drivers who are unavailable due to vacation, illness, etc. The driver will deliver products to stores on established or contingency routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers including convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, and drug stores across various weather conditions. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, and stocking shelves. The driver will also build small displays, set up promotional materials, generate invoices, and manage daily settlement of cash and charges. This position requires frequent interaction with store management and involves physical labor including lifting, loading, and pushing / pulling cases ranging from 20-45 pounds repeatedly during work hours.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver products and execute all promotions
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
• Merchandise all accounts to local standards
• Follow DOT regulations
• Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
