Job descriptionCommunicating with cities and municipalities about permitting requirements and relay the requirements to the technician. Schedule inspections. Courtesy calls to customer for the next day's inspections Will complete various spreadsheets, graphs, tables, calculations and large quantities of data relevant to the tasks at hand. Track and document sales and line location. Run report for recalls for managers and provide updates on open permits. High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year Administrative experience; Permitting experience a plus Highly organized and the ability to prioritizeworkload Excellent communication skills Intermediate skills withMicrosoftoffice; Advance Excel skills a plus
Overview
We are currently seeking a Permit Administrator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Permit Administrators act as the liaison between the company, customer and municipalities to pull and expedite permits for home services installations and build outs.
