Process Engineer – HR Transformation (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with prior experience supporting HR initiatives within a large banking or financial services environment. This role will support enterprise-level HR transformation initiatives, focusing on improving and documenting end-to-end HR business processes aligned to new and evolving technology platforms.
The role partners closely with HR, Technology, and Data teams in a complex, regulated environment to ensure processes are efficient, well-documented, and enable successful system enhancements and implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, optimize, and document end-to-end HR business processes to support large-scale transformation initiatives
- Define data and system integration requirements for HR platforms in a banking environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR, Technology, and Data teams to align business processes with enterprise technology solutions
- Support the implementation of new HR systems and platform enhancements
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation and contribute to best-practice development across HR operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably within HR or enterprise technology environments
- Hands-on experience working within a large bank or financial services organization is required
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, and related enterprise technologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
