We are seeking an audiologist to conduct medical assessments for United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. This role involves performing a Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test, and completing a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in a computer portal.
This is an in-person position offering a predictable schedule with no on-call duties or evening shifts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The selected audiologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing tests, interpreting results, and documenting findings. They will also need to maintain accurate records and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.
A strong understanding of audiology principles and practices is essential for this role. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
