The AGM position assists the General Manager in directing the activities of the Castle in order to meet and exceed all company and Castle level goals. In the absence of the General Manager, the AGM must be able to assume all duties of the General Manager and must be available to work all shifts.

What We Are Looking For

• Managerial and operational experience in the hospitality field;
• Communicate with customers, co-workers and understand instructions;
• Lead and direct shifts;
• Obtain a ServSafe or other state required certification;
• Proficient on a PC.
