About The Role
As a Sales Lead, you exist to take charge of the sales floor, collaborating with the retail crew and engaging with customers to keep the Stance experience on point at all times. You will balance being a facilitator and a doer, continually seeking improvements and collaborating with the team on solutions. The Sales Lead is a full-time, key partner for the store manager, able to manage the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and other necessary functions.

This position reports directly to the Store Manager.
About The Responsibilities & Duties
- Keep people stoked on the Stance experience and build the bond between customers and our brand, including greeting, welcoming, and assisting customers.
- Embrace and utilize brand, service, and product training to solve customers' needs by connecting them with the right product.
- Maintain knowledge of store departments; operate cash register for regular transactions; perform shipping and receiving duties; stock the floor; perform cleaning duties; and build or maintain visual displays when necessary.
- Drive toward a high level of brand and product expertise and serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and associates.
- Ensure daily restock is completed and all merchandising standards are maintained.
- Ability to jump in with any team member, on any task, to maintain successful operation of the store.
