Clean apartments : sweep and mop all areas (bathroom, kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms) in residents' apartments

Report maintenance issues : Monitor and report any maintenance issues using the roomchecker app

Other duties :

• Make beds and change linen
• Do laundry (if needed)
• Empty trash cans
• Inspect apartment for damage and report if found
• Inspect apartment for contraband and report if found
• Ensure that the environment is safe and hygienic
