This is an opportunity for a highly motivated, team-oriented Buyer / Planner to join Pratt & Whitney Columbus Engine Center's (CEC) Repair Management Team (1st shift). This position is responsible for the management of material sent out for repair from two other engine repair sites.

What You Will Do :

• Creation and end-to-end management of repair purchase orders in support of two engine repair facilities located in Oklahoma and San Francisco
• Manage critical shortages in support of 100% on time delivery of repairs to customers
• Provide timely support of business reporting requirements and deliverables
• Monitoring and escalation of systemic issues
• Achieve the highest levels of customer support to our engine repair sites and other internal / external stakeholders
• Adhere to all standard work, purchasing policies, procedures, and processes
• PO issue resolution
• Standard work development, as required

This role is : Remote : Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
