Job Title : ERP Architect - Oracle

Work Location : Atlanta, GA 30308 (3-4 Days Hybrid Onsite)

Duration of Assignment : 12+ Months

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Absence Management and OTL modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
• Lead implementation efforts, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
• Train end-users and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and internal policies.
