We are seeking a highly skilled Active Director Architect to join our IT security team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM), specifically with technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), policy management, privileged access management, and role-based access control.
Responsibilities / Skills :
- Design, implement, and manage identity management solutions using Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access across the organization.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Implement and manage MFA solutions to enhance security for critical applications and systems.Educate and support users on MFA best practices and usage.Policy and Privileged Access Management :
Develop and maintain access policies to support secure and efficient operations.Implement privileged access management solutions to control and monitor access to sensitive systems.Conduct regular audits and compliance checks on privileged access usage and approvals.Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) :
Design and manage the role-based access control strategy to ensure appropriate access levels for users and roles.Regularly review and update role definitions and access rights in line with business needs.Application Integration and Networking :
Collaborate with application and network teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management and configuration.Scripting and Automation :
Develop and maintain scripts using Bash or PowerShell to automate identity management tasks and improve efficiency.Create automated workflows for user provisioning and de-provisioning.Security and Compliance :
Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and best practices.Stay updated on IAM and cybersecurity trends, threats, and tools to advise the organization on potential impacts and improvements.Documentation and Training :
Develop comprehensive documentation for IAM processes and systems.Provide training and guidance to IT staff and end-users on identity management practices.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in identity management, including Active Directory and Entra ID.5-7 years of experience as an architectProficient with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions and policy management.Experience with privileged access and role-based access control.Knowledge of application integration and networking principles.Strong scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell.Certification in identity management products (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator, Okta Certified Professional) is a plus.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.The staffing industry has seen an increase in people falsely representing themselves as recruiters to gather personal information from job seekers.
