$29.68 - $46.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position : Radiologic Technologist II - Nights
Location : Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, IL
Part Time - 20 hours per week
Hours : Monday-Friday, 10 : 30pm - 7 : 00am, rotating weekends & two holidays per year
On Call : 2 shifts per month

What you will do :
The Radiologic Technologist II will operate radiology equipment and perform radiographic examinations to provide the clinical team with films, images, or other records to be used for diagnosis and / or treatment. The Radiologic Technologist II will explain radiology procedures to patients, position patients for safe examinations, and help establish the patient's trust to the clinical team.
What you will need :
Education : High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of an Associate?s Degree or higher, preferred.
License : IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) licensure
Certifications : ARRT - Radiography (R) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), required. BLS certification (CPR and AED) from the American Heart Association (AHA), required.
Experience : 1 Year prior x-ray experience in a surgical environment, required. Knowledge of all current American College of Radiology (ACR) / JCAHO requirements to maintain compliance with all rules and regulations.
