An established and well-respected manufacturer of architectural metal systems is seeking a Vice President & General Manager to lead and expand its operations. This individual will play a key leadership role overseeing sales, operations, and strategic growth, ensuring excellence across all areas of the business.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :

• Provide leadership and direction across sales, design, estimating, and production teams.
• Oversee the full customer experience - from initial inquiry through project completion.
• Drive top-line growth while improving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Partner with estimating and production to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of work.
• Lead bid preparation, proposals, job setup, and project handoffs.
• Mentor, develop, and motivate team members to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Manage all aspects of P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and strategic growth in the architectural metals industry.
