This regional hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services to northeastern Nevada residents. The facility features a 17-bed department offering quality obstetrics and gynecology care in a supportive environment with a focus on patient-centered treatment.

Board Certification Eligible - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details :

• Coverage includes call shifts and clinic work 3-4 days per week
• Specific coverage dates include shifts in January, February, March, and April with longer shifts available in following months
• Handle 2-3 patient encounters per shift in a 17-bed department
• Manage low and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform OB ultrasounds with interpretation capabilities (Level I / Screening and Level II / Targeted preferred)
• FHR interpretation (NST / CST / FSE) preferred
• Conduct routine vaginal deliveries and low forceps deliveries
• Decision-making for c-section procedures required
• Manage complicated deliveries including c-sections, breech, multiple births, and abruptions
• ABLS and ACLS certifications required
• Active Nevada license or IMLC required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 30-45 days
• Comfortable lodging available at TownePlace Suites by Marriott or Home2 Suites by Hilton
• Accessible via Elko Regional Airport (1-2 flights daily) or Salt Lake City International Airport (3.5 hours drive)

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
