Overview

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional orchestral strings instructor to teach part-time at Riverdale Music Academy , in Riverdale, New Jersey. This is an in-person teaching position.

Schedule and responsibilities

• Available for a minimum of two 4-hour teaching blocks on a weekly basis.
• Teaching blocks are Monday through Friday from 3 : 15pm to 7 : 45pm.
• Standard lesson runtime is 45 minutes; early childhood lessons (ages 4-9) are 30 minutes.
• Provide consistent instruction; preference will be given to candidates with greater availability.

Qualifications

Compensation and benefits

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $30-37 / hour. A 401(k) program with employer matching is available after 90 days on the job. Health benefit packages are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble.
