Job description

Our client, who is a global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services, is currently seeking an onsite Associate Fulfillment Specialist in Wilmington Delaware.

Onsite / Remote : Onsite

Hours : 12-9 PM EST (up to 15 hours of OT if needed)

Pay Rate : $23.33

Duration : 3 Months

Role Overview

As an Associate Fulfillment Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting clients' legal compliance needs. This position works closely with service teams to deliver timely, accurate results that directly impact customers and help shape society for the future. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, accountable, flexible, and committed to continuous self-development.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill orders for internal and external customers
  • Research and analyze legal documents
  • Submit and retrieve legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations
  • Research entity status and resolve or escalate issues as needed
  • Manage requests from start to completion while communicating progress to customers and internal teams
  • Navigate multiple processing systems and databases quickly and accurately
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and organizational success
  • Participate in process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects

Education :

  • Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Alternative : 4 years of customer service experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience & Skills :

  • Minimum 4 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe; ability to learn new applications efficiently
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
