Construction Laborer

Trillium Construction is seeking Construction Laborers for a long term project in Charlotte, NC.

Key responsibilities
-Installs, inspects, and repairs materials to seal openings in walls, floors, and ceilings, preventing the passage and spread of fire and smoke.
-Installing firestop sealants and sprays as directed by tested systems and EJ’s.
-Maintaining a safe and clean work site.
-Ability to be precise on installations and work independently for large blocks of time.
-Works at heights on ladders and scaffolding.
-Experience operating hand tools like electric drills, powder actuated guns, measuring devices, caulk guns, spatulas, for tooling caulk.
-Transporting buckets of spray by hand, must be able to lift a minimum of 45 pounds.

Pay: $20-24/hr depending on experience. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 40 hours a week. Apply now!

-Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the warehouse in Charlotte each day
