As a Customer Specialist, you will perform a broad spectrum of customer service functions to fulfill customer needs and assure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assure the accurate and timely processing of customer transactions (orders, RMA’s, quotes, catalogues / sample requests and returns) to assure customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer information and identify products that meet customer needs; recommend potential products or services to management; generate sales leads.
- Provide technical customer service; educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Set-up and maintain customer files; maintain records of all sales activities.
- Resolve product or service problems; clarify complaints, determine cause and identify solution, expedite correction and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Process product recalls
- Sell products and services. Maximize promotions.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relations.
- Provide support to outside sales representatives.
- Serve as a member of the Customer Service team, provide assistance and support as required
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.3+ years of experience in customer service, customer focused role requiredDemonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Office suite of products, Customer Master softwareExperience with ERP system, (SAP preferred)Ability to prioritize and multitaskProactive attitude towards work, teamwork, and cooperationBenefits :
