Job description

Job Title : Controls Engineer 2

Location : Waynesboro, GA

Duration : 3 years

Pay rate range : $48.00 - $50.00 / hour on W2.

Job responsibilities include :

  • Supporting and transitioning across multiple projects, checking cables, and wiring in the field, performing and assist in site walk downs.
  • Preparing cost estimates, supporting start up, preparing layout and conceptual designs.

Skillsets and expertise required :

  • Solid Electrical knowledge, configuration / graphic skills in one or more platforms : Ovation, Foxboro, ABB, or PLC.
  • Experience with field support.
  • Experience with control narrative and markup, experience with checking cables and wiring in the field.
  • Expedience with cost estimating in sub disciplines.
  • Experience developing IO lists, and the ability to build effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering staff and / or vendors.

    • Education :

  • 5-7 Years Experience in related field and an accredited bachelor's degree in engineering.
