Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our winning team at the Mission Hill Apartments in Albuquerque. Mission Hill is truly unique with its affordable, spacious Northeast Albuquerque apartments set on 17 acres of lush, mature landscaping with a park-like setting. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the communityCreates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where requiredMaintains all resident files both physical and digital in YARDIUtilizes required telephone etiquette and techniques.Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations programPerforms additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property ManagerKnowledge, Skills, and Experience Required :
Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service fieldMust have good computer skills and be able to navigate softwareHave good verbal and written communicationBilingual (Spanish / English) a plusMust-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents.Must be an organized self-starterMust be professional in appearance and demeanor
