Genova Delicatessen, a classic Italian deli with a rich history dating back to 1926, is looking for a dedicated Office Support Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP) :
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time.
- Track and manage expense reports and recurring payments.
Accounts Receivable (AR) :
Generate and send client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances.QuickBooks Online (QBO) :
Maintain and reconcile financial records in QBO.Prepare financial reports and ensure data accuracy.Administrative Support :
Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence.Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks as needed.Qualifications :
Experience with Account Payables, Account Receivables, and QuickBooks Online a MUST.Highly organized and detail-oriented individualExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficientlyLocation : Walnut Creek, California
