Maintenance manager

The Maintenance Manager leads the facility project efforts, the preventative and predictive maintenance efforts in order to support production. The Maintenance Manager develops and leads the maintenance team to achieve company uptime goals.

Qualifications :

• Excellent understanding / knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, combustion, PLC, electrical and mechanical maintenance; excellent understanding / knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance principles; excellent understanding of housekeeping and safety principles; meticulous attention to detail and ability to research and solve problems; Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS utilization; good math, reading and blueprint reading skills; ability to present positive communications to departmental employees; communication,
