Qualifications

  • CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENT
  • 1. California Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Mild / Moderate disabilities (or equivalent) Required Attachments 1. CTC Screen of Credential 2. Letters of Recommendation (3 required) 3. Letter of Intent / Cover 4. Transcripts

Compensation and Benefits

  • SALARY PLACEMENT : Based on educational units and years of full-time teaching experience. Maximum placement is Class IV, Step 11 (with 10 years teaching experience).
  • HEALTH BENEFITS : Based on selected plan / provider, full-time employees receive family medical coverage, employee life and vision, and employee or family dental coverage. Part-time employees receive benefits equal to the % worked.
  • WORK CALENDAR : Calendar is 185 work days. All new employees are on a 11-month pay schedule. Returning employees are on a 12-month pay schedule.
