Job descriptionMaintain, record and issue all necessary records retaining to QA Packing, including but not limited to Certificates of Conformance, Labels, Inspection Records, Laser Testing, Environmental Testing and Other Required Certifications Ensure shipping summaries and corresponding required documentation / parts are accurate Maintain and monitor inventory of packing materials and labels Ensure parts are packaged using best practices to prevent damage during shipment Work with other departments to ensure shipping schedule is maintained Communicates departmental issues, concerns, problems, etc. to the QA Manager or designee Reports to Quality Engineer regarding order statuses, production times, etc. Other Duties as assigned Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work well with others and contribute to teamwork Ability to problem solve Precision in work and attention to detail High School degree or equivalent; Or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and / or training Data Entry experience required Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) Incumbent must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Must successfully complete and pass a background check Must pass drug screening Must speak, read and write Basic English Health (Medical, Dental and Vision) Insurance (1st of the month after 60 days of employment) Employer Sponsored Life Insurance Vacation Sick Time 401k

RROL has been providing high quality custom optics to the defense, medical, commercial, and laser markets for over 20 years.

TheQuality Assurance PackingTechnicianposition is an entry-level job responsible for learning and performing various optical fabrication processes.
Additionally, this position requires compliance with ITAR Regulations, therefore all employees working in this capacity must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident. Candidate must have the ability to work off-hours as needed to meet business and customer requirements.
