Role Overview :
Sodexo is hiring our Maintenance Project Coordinator at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces Current MM-98 or EE-98 licenses required for success in the role. Our successful candidate will, schedule work orders, inspect completed work orders ensuring completed to code and state requirements, manage quality control and have strong communication skills to manage priority work order and disruptions. Our leader will be responsible for vendor vetting and scheduling, monitoring vendor quality management and auditing work performed in strict regulatory compliance with the state of New Mexico regulations and code. Current MM-98 or EE-98 licenses required for success in the role. Valid Driver's License with clear background required.
What You'll Do :
Valid Driver's License with clear background required
Schedule work orders
Communicate priority work order and disruptions
Maintain regulatory compliance with the state of New Mexico
Monitor vendor quality management and auditing of work performed
Inspect completed work orders ensuring completed to code and state requirements
